SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from payment confirmation.

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in China.

Delivery Times (USA) Estimated transit time: 5–12 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties Shipments are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. For most orders shipped to the US, no additional customs duties apply. In rare cases where import fees are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.

Packages are delivered on business days only.

Damaged Packages If your package shows signs of damage upon arrival, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to prepare a damage report. Contact us immediately.

Incorrect Address The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may result in return-to-sender, re-shipping fees, or order cancellation with logistics costs deducted.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, security checks, or force majeure events.
